Three weeks ago, I had the honor of 2nd shooting for Krista Watzel's last wedding in Colorado before her big move to California. Samantha and Kevin planned an elegant and fun event at Cielo at Castle Pines, complete with Disney-themed tables and dessert buffet. Their muted color palette of silvers, grays, and ivory was so beautiful for the season! Sam glowed all day in her lovely layered dress. They enjoyed a blind first look before their ceremony, exchanging letters and tears during an emotional few moments alone. Sam was all smiles when she and her dad walked up the stairs into the vaulted ceiling ceremony room, seeing her groom for the first time. Their friends and family shed a few tears during their quick, but heart-felt ceremony. During cocktail hour, guests laughed and toasted and enjoyed a yummy selection of hors d'ouevres. Their reception was classy and simple, from their themed table centerpieces, to the Mickie Mouse wedding cake, and glitter table linens. These two are a beautiful match together! I'm so excited for their future and honored to have been a small part of their special day. Much love!
