My favorite clients are those who are confident in who they are, don't take themselves too seriously, and are strong in their faith. Amanda and Josh, without doubt, are meant for each other and decided to declare the start of their forever surrounded by their immediate family. These two are silly, witty, and just plain fun!
Not wanting a large affair, Amanda and Josh planned an intimate wedding at Buckhorn Camp, west of Ft Collins high in the Colorado foothills. From their custom made ceremony benches and handmade cake, to the romantic string light lit dance floor and private foot-washing ceremony, this was a day to remember.
With rain and snow in the forecast for a week prior, we arrived to Buckhorn Camp with gray but DRY skies. Reading their vows from a deck overlooking Ft Collins, Amanda and Josh shared giggles and lots of special moments. Following their ceremony, the couple enjoyed their first dance as Mr. and Mrs. Then Amanda shared a special dance with her dad, while Josh danced with his mom to a revised version of Carrie Underwood's "Mama's Song", specially sung and recorded by friends of the couple.
