Briana and Daniel just moved to Colorado from Florida three short months ago. They have friends along the Front Range and are loving the different climate Colorado offers! Briana found me via Instagram and contacted me for a family photo session in the snow. They opted for the ever-epic Rocky Mountain National Park as their backdrop (and location for snow haha!). We met at Bear Lake and explored around the east shore and surrounding trails.
I was a little nervous when they arrived to our meeting spot with jeans and shirts. It was 30 degrees and windy but they bundled up little Harper, threw a jacket on Carter, and we went for it! They were AMAZING troopers during the cold and wind. We had a blast laughing, falling through the crunchy packed snow on the lake, and soaking in the mountain air.
I think Briana's comment while out on the frozen lake with views of Hallett Peak sums up our session, "This is the most beautiful thing I've ever seen."
