Paige and Christian are the sweetest couple. When you meet them, they are simple, joyful, and adventurous. I've been honored to have gotten to know them just a little bit over the past couple of months and so thrilled to have been able to photograph their big day recently.
They were both 16 and in high school, and shared their first date movie night at a local theater. Since then, they've been adventuring together and both have a strong travel bug to see the world. According to Paige, Christian is the "let's just go for it!" sort which balances out her more serious, cautious side. They are a perfect fit together!
When it came time to propose, Christian planned a quiet, intimate evening at their favorite local coffee shop. There were flowers, candles, and Frank Sinatra playing in the background. Paige was oblivious but of course said yes!
They planned a beautiful wedding at Mon Cheri Weddings, at the Colorado Cherry Company. With whispering pines and lake as a backdrop for their ceremony, these two vowed their lives to one another and celebrated the evening away with their family and friends. Oh, and they cut pie for dessert. It was perfect.
Paige and Christian love to fish, hike, and camp. Pretty much any outdoor activity fits these two well. When asked for their favorite wedding memory, they said "When everyone left the tent to light the sparklers, we had a moment just to ourselves and we danced and it was an awesome moment."
