Every so often, I have the pleasure of second shooting for another talented wedding photography. This past fall, I worked with Katie of Sweet Like Pie Photography to photography Katie and Colt's beautiful ranch wedding at Younger Ranch near Colorado Springs.
These two love birds were elegant, gracious, and so sweet. Their wedding day came in with a rainy spell, but the crazy conditions didn't dampen their excitement and love for each other. We had brilliant sunshine during their first look, as dark storm clouds swirled around the area. The couple opted to have their ceremony in the barn for the comfort of their guests and it was simply delightful! From their lavender and gray color palette to the heart-felt toasts at dinner, their wedding was so special.
As I finish up and reflect on the 2017 wedding season, I am overwhelmed with the support and love from fellow photographers and my own couples. It's been a crazy ride, but so fulfilling. I can't wait to see what 2018 has in store!
