When we first met last year and chatted about their urban winter wedding, I was looking so forward to their big day. Callie and Justin are fun-loving and laid back. These two love birds had a perfect, chilly wedding day in January.
They met while working for an oilfield company in Texas and shared their first date a couple years ago in the San Antonio area. Their first date turned into many dates and a few days before Christmas of 2016, Justin asked Callie to marry him. The two of them were in Estes Park with family, showing them the sights. While they were at the Stanley Hotel, where Justin dropped to a knee in front of their family and proposed with a ring featuring Callie's mom's center stone.
Callie and Justin love traveling and are involved with street bike racing and dirt bike adventuring. They also love chilling at home doing nothing with their furbaby Sprocket!
Their wedding day was a chilly winter day, which was contrasted against the warmth of Zoe's Cafe & Events in Greeley, Colorado. We were so lucky to be able to do photos outside, including their first look! As Callie walked up behind Justin, he turned around and was all grins seeing his bride for the first time. Shortly after, they shared a beautiful God-centered ceremony, sharing vows and exchanging rings.
We had a great time walking around downtown Greeley and being creative with the urban setting, string lights, and crisp blue winter sky.
Their favorite wedding memory was their first look, sharing vows during the ceremony, and dancing their booties off all evening!
WEDDING PLANNING ADVICE: "Just have fun with it! Don't get lost in the details or whatever everyone else is doing. Find the things you like and go for it!"
Enjoy Cabo, you two! Cheers!
