Keri and Tim love Colorado. These two work in the traveling nursing field and were recently moved to the Denver area. They instantly fell in love with the mountains, skiing, and beauty of the state.
When Keri connected with me to start dreaming up their engagement photos, I was thrilled they wanted to spend the afternoon in the Dillon and Keystone area! We scheduled a date and crossed our fingers. Unfortunately a storm moved in that day so we rescheduled. It's so nerve-wracking watching spring weather forecasts for high elevations, but we ended up having a beautiful day at 12,000 ft.
We spent the afternoon exploring around Loveland Pass and Dillon Reservoir. With temps in the 30s and 40s, but very little wind it was almost comfortable haha! Then as we shot the last set of photos, I turned around and we had the most INCREDIBLE sunset! It was jaw-dropping! I love being able to use every last inch of light to create beautiful photos that can be cherished for a lifetime.
These two love birds are from the Great Lakes corner of Pennsylvania and are planning a summer wedding next year back home. I'm so happy for them and couldn't wait to share my favorites from their Adventure engagement afternoon!
