Rocky Mountain National Park Engagement Photos - Colorado Wedding Photographer - Sarah Goff Photogra

Gabrielle and Colton flew all the way from Texas to enjoy an afternoon in beautiful Rocky Mountain National Park for their engagement photos. We actually had to reschedule their session due to cold, drizzle weather but were blessed the day of their photos with PERFECT weather. We enjoyed a sun-shower and rainbow, epic clouds and colorful sunset, and even a group of wild turkeys, herds of deer and elk, and a mama and baby moose!

Two months ago, I hosted the 2018 NO STRINGS ATTACHED Giveaway on my website. Couples from all around Colorado and the country entered for a chance to win a FREE Adventure Engagement Session with me. When I drew the winning name and announced it, and the couple reached out to me to start planning their Adventure session, I was thrilled to learn they wanted photos in RMNP.

These two met in high school here in Colorado, dated for a little bit before Colton graduated and moved to Kansas for college. Shortly after, Gabrielle moved to Dallas for college, and they spent four years doing a long distance relationship before Colton joined Gabrielle in Dallas. Gabrielle signed on with a new job and decided she wanted to go backpacking through Europe. Colton wanted to come along and they planned their dream vacation to something like nine different countries! Needless to say, it was the perfect opportunity to plan a surprise proposal. Colton dropped to a knee while in Ireland at the Cliffs of Moher in the pouring rain, and of course Gabrielle said YES!

Gabrielle and Colton live for adventure and fun. Colorado was an easy choice as a place for their engagement photos and wedding. The mountains are in their blood and we captured so many passionate moments and little smiles between these two.

Without further ado, here are a few of my favorites from our evening together!
