I really believe that some people are brought into your life for a reason. When I met Mira and Kevin for brews a few weeks ago, I was instantly drawn to them. They are gracious, kind, and quirky. They are also honest and trusting, which I find to be a rare and beautiful quality these days. I was thrilled when they asked me to be their wedding photographer for their upcoming spring wedding.
We met up last weekend in Boulder for engagement photos. While it was a bit chillier than we wanted, we were blessed with the most epic sunset to cap off a fun session with them and their ridiculously cute doggie, Zelda. Mira warned me about Zelda: "she's energetic and she know she's pretty!" Well, I think Mira's warning was an understatement. Zelda has the energy of approximately 87 kindergartners trapped in a closet with legos and sugar, and the sweetest personality. She's gorgeous and she does know it.
The session started off with Zelda tackling Mira for licks and kisses. 😂😂😂
We raced up Flagstaff Mountain to chase the last rays of sunlight, while these two love birds cuddled warm and shared some quiet moments together. Mira had forgotten her shoes, but was crazy brave and navigated the cold rocks with grace. I just adore these two and cannot wait to celebrate their wedding in May!
