Courtney is a flight attendant. Denny is a pilot. They met during a crew change in San Diego. Some time later, they met again and I believe there was mention of Courtney walking up to Denny asking, "You look familiar, do I know you?" (or something along those lines!) From that moment, their free time was spent with one another as their relationship grew. Courtney quickly fell in love with Denny's intelligence, kind heart, and compassion for others.
These two share a deep passion of travel and exploring the world. On an incredible trip to Turkey, Denny insisted they go up the Galata Tower to view the Istanbul skyline and Bosphorus River. As they were admiring the beautiful view, Denny asked Courtney to marry him. Of course, she said YES!
Much of their relationship was built long-distance, with Courtney living in Loveland and Denny living in Arizona. They chose Sweet Heart Winery & Events as the beautifully simple backdrop for their big celebration, to show off a little taste of Colorado. Surrounded by their closest friends, family, and six children they signed their ketubah, followed by a special Jewish ceremony. After family photos and a little time to themselves, the party began!
They enjoyed a first dance as husband and wife, cut their stunning cake, and rocked out hard on the dance floor! What a fun and laid-back day! Congrats, Courtney and Denny! Many blessings to you both as you begin this next big adventure!
The couple's biggest wedding planning advice: "DELEGATE planning and jobs. Don't try to do everything yourself because you'll miss out on the joy of planning a new life together."
