Brittany and Matthew *technically* met at a bar, and after multiple attempts to ask her out, Brittany finally agreed. Their first date was a Colorado Eagles hockey game and they quickly became best friends. Their mutual passion for traveling and golf gave them an adventurous life and when it came time to propose, Matthew kept it simple and romantic, dropping to a knee in their kitchen.
They planned a late summer wedding at the Greeley Country Club, where they are both members. Surrounded with a fun group of friends and family, these two shared vows and kisses on quite possibly the hottest day of the year.
As Brittany walked down the aisle and their eyes met, Matthew fought back tears. Brittany's grandma wasn't able to attend their wedding due to COVID-19 restrictions, but we were able to build in time to drive over to visit her. It was my favorite moment of the day! Her face lit up upon seeing Brittany and new son-in-law. It was truly a special memory.
Brittany's biggest wedding planning advice: "Go with the flow, if things are imperfect remember love conquers all."
