Lindsay & Jason's Colorful Summer Wedding at Arrowhead Golf Course - Denver Wedding Photographer

Lindsay and Jason met through the infamous March.com (I swear, 25% of my couples have met on Match!). Jason had lost a bet to his best friend, which required him to create an online dating profile. Lindsay happened to see his profile and blindly reached out. They shared a first date at Hapa Sushi, and it was a perfect fit as they both love sushi.

Quickly, they fell in love with each other's sense of humor and as their relationship progressed, Jason decided to pop the question around Christmas time. Knowing that Lindsay wanted to see the Ice Exhibit at the Gaylord Rockies Resort, Jason bought tickets for the day before Christmas Eve. As they walked around the exhibit, Jason suggested they make a night of it and enjoyed another delicious sushi dinner together. After dinner, they headed back to their room with a view of a bazillion twinkle lights. Jason made up some reason for Lindsay to to into the bathroom, and when she came back out he was down on one knee. She said she doesn't even remember what he said, but of course she said YES!

A few months later, they found out they were expecting a little one! Their son Grayson was born late last year, and we met up for winter engagement photos in Golden to include a few photos with him. If you missed this festive session, you can catch up here!

These two decided on a summer wedding at Arrowhead Golf Course, with it's stunning red rocks views. Their day was typical summer hazy and warm, and they shared their First Look under a tree along the golf course. Their day went off without a hitch and it was heartfelt and beautiful.

Couple's biggest wedding planning advice: "Keep it simple! If you can afford it, hire a wedding planner!"

Congrats, you guys!! Much love to you both!
