I typically book on average 6-9 months in advance. The best course of action is to book as soon as you know you would like to book me to insure the photographer and date you want.

You always receive full personal rights to all your images. That means you can print, share on Facebook, and design your own album if you wish. I will still retain the copyright which means I can still claim I took the photo, use it on my website and submit for any publications.

Your digital gallery of wedding photos is delivered to you via email 4 weeks after the wedding day. Every photo is processed to endure a beautiful final product.

This decision is a personal one! There is a lot of pressure on the iconic moment of the groom seeing the bride walking down the aisle. Removing the added stress of that event by creating a special, private event is a great option! You are able to react naturally instead of “acting” one way or another in front of the crowd. You have a few minutes alone to enjoy each other and relax, while the photographers tastefully capture your intimate moments. Another benefit includes being able to take formal photos before the ceremony, allowing more relaxed time after the ceremony. Many couples choose to add this tradition, for a positive result to their wedding day!

For weddings, a 50% retainer secures your date, with remaining balance due 30 days prior to your wedding. For portrait sessions, a 50% retainer is due to book your session, with remaining balance due at or before the session. Payments can be made by debit or credit card.

Portrait sessions include an allotted number of finished photos (typically 50), while weddings include approximately 75-100 photos per hour of coverage. The number will vary depending on how long the event was photographed and what elements were included - for example, the more details and decor present, the more photos will be taken, a large wedding party will result in more photos, etc.

As of 2022, I no longer offer postponements. As coronaviruses will always be part of our lives, my couples have decided to go for it and celebrate their amazing day, or pivot gracefully by downsizing or changing their location while keeping their date. Many couples have been choosing venues they know will honor their ability to celebrate, whether a private estate or venue not connected to the county or state. Life deserves to be celebrated!
