As a primary Colorado wedding photographer, I get to meet the best people. I meet and get to know fun couples, great families, and crazy guests. Every so often, I have the opportunity to be a second photographer for other wedding photographers. It's always a blast; I can have fun and be extra creative with my work!
I recently was asked to second shoot for Andrea, associate wedding photographer for Becky Young Photography. This couple was so sweet and fun! They had their First Look in the heart of Boulder, bride and groom portraits at Chautauqua, ceremony at the beautiful Sunrise Amphitheater, and celebration afterwards at Rembrandt Yard.
Alicia and John met through a mutual friend, who later passed away. These two honored her by spreading her ashes during their wedding ceremony and the couple gifted each guest with a kazoo to play "You Are My Sunshine" in unison in remembrance of her. It was a tear-jerker!
Towards the end of their ceremony, the sun broke through some clouds and shown down brightly as the couple shared their first kiss as husband and wife. Just beautiful!
