Emily and Ryan's Summer Wedding at Tapestry House Wedgewood near Fort Collins, Colorado

Emily and Ryan met working for the same company while living in two different states, California and Texas. Ryan got relocated to Texas and they quickly became best friends. Emily fell in love with Ryan's tenacity for life and his passion for always learning. Ryan adores how loving and caring Emily is, how she always sees the best in people. They love to cook together and spend time trying new foods.

One of the first wineries they visited in the Napa Valley was Alpha Omega. Emily signed up that day to be a wine club member. Later, the two of them moved to Napa and visited the winery often. When it came time to propose, Ryan secretly planned a special tasting in the private barrel room. After the tasting started, Emily opened up a handwritten letter next to her wine glass and inside was written "Will You Marry Me?". Emily turned around in excitement and Ryan was already on his knee asking THE question out loud!

These two love birds had planned their wedding for March of this year, but when the coronavirus hit, they had to quickly change plans. They were able to postpone until July and fortunately their amazing venue (Tapestry House Wedgewood) had a date open for them. They pivoted and continued planning a beautiful summer wedding that turned out perfect.

When we arrived to their wedding, Emily was all smiles and sharing toasts with her closest friends and family. Ryan got ready with his best guys and locked eyes on Emily as her mom walked her down the aisle. What an amazing moment.

Emily said her biggest wedding planning advice is this: "Roll with the punches and don't worry about the little things."

Congrats, you two! Your wedding was absolute perfection and I'm so excited for you to begin your new lives together!
