You may remember Rani and Joseph's beautiful winter wedding from last year. These two had a smaller event in the midst of the pandemic, and waited to plan the big wedding for this year. Everything was set for June 18 and I was so excited to celebrate on the dance floor with these two gracious souls. A few days before, my dad's health took a dive and we made the difficult decision to put him on hospice care. While he was 93 years old, it was a very difficult week. The morning of Rani and Joseph's wedding, I decided to call in an associate photographer to fill my shoes for their big day. Lucy stepped in like a rockstar and photographed their wedding beautifully! I was able to spend that Friday with my dad and family, as it would be our last. He passed away early the next morning.
Rani and Joseph - there are no words I can use that convey my gratitude to you both. You are truly the most gracious and flexible people, compassionate and respectful. It is a photographer's nightmare to be in a situation that renders them unable to fulfil their duties to their clients. But you made that nightmare so much better with your understanding. THANK YOU.
Lucy - you are amazing and I'm so grateful for our friendship. Thank you for stepping in to help me in a big way. Those nighttime shots are incredible!
