Stephanie and Chris met while playing in a basketball league at the YMCA at the young age of 15 (15 years ago!). They attended different high schools, but Chris texted Stephanie to meet up and they went to a movie for their first date. It was an instant connection! They are both huge animal lovers and it set the tone for their relationship. Chris is fun-loving and full of humor, and Stephanie is the perfect complement to him.
Fast forward many years, they decided to finally visit the Wild Animal Sanctuary in Keensburg the day before Christmas Eve. Chris was sneaky and proposed to Stephanie during their visit!
These two enjoy making dinner together, visiting breweries and cigar shops, and are huge football fans! (Go Broncos and Sam Houston State Bearkats!)
Stephanie and Chris chose Mile High Station as the backdrop for their nuptials. With it's urban vibes, it was a perfect location for these two. We were even able to walk down the street for photos in front of Empower Field!

The couple's biggest wedding planning advice: "The day goes by so quickly - I heard it a million times before but it's so true! Take every moment in! Also, I was told to drink plenty of water. I drank plenty of water to the point that I wasn't hungry for dinner or dessert!! Make sure to drink water throughout the day and leave room for dessert!! Also, try to get everything planning wise done as quickly as possible so you can enjoy the days leading up to the wedding day with friends and family instead of stressing out about last minute details!"
